一、項目背景

?????青島地鐵6號線(xian)一期工(gong)程全長為30.476千米,地質條件復(fu)雜,多(duo)次(ci)穿越上軟下硬的富水(shui)地層、高強度侵(qin)入性巖(yan)脈(mo)、風化(hua)深槽(cao)等不良地質;巖(yan)體(ti)節理裂隙發育豐(feng)富、活躍性高安(an)全施工(gong)控制性指(zhi)標要求極高,施工(gong)風險大。

二、項目設計及實施
根據(ju)6號線(xian)一期(qi)工程工程地質(zhi)狀況、車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)支護(hu)結構特點(dian)、招標文(wen)件和業主要求,本項目(mu)選取朝陽路站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、富春江路站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、黃河路站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、港頭站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及全(quan)線(xian)(爆(bao)破振速影響范圍(wei)內)建筑物作為(wei)第三方自動(dong)化監測對(dui)象。
自動化監測具體(ti)項目如下:

- 項目難點
以富春(chun)江(jiang)路站為(wei)例(li),地質(zhi)屬于河漫灘(tan)地貌(mao),地形整體較平(ping)緩,第(di)四(si)系厚(hou)度(du)約(yue)8.9-13.0m,覆蓋(gai)層(ceng)為(wei)第(di)四(si)系全新統填土(tu)層(ceng)、全新統洪沖(chong)積的粗礫砂、含(han)有機(ji)質(zhi)中(zhong)砂、含(han)有機(ji)質(zhi)粉質(zhi)黏土(tu)、粉質(zhi)黏土(tu)、淤(yu)泥質(zhi)黏土(tu)、中(zhong)砂和礫砂層(ceng),其下伏基巖(yan)為(wei)凝灰巖(yan),小(xiao)里程段(duan)局(ju)部侵入(ru)花崗斑(ban)巖(yan)巖(yan)株(zhu)。地下水量中(zhong)等。


- 解決措施:
富春江路站施(shi)工(gong)流程是圍護樁施(shi)工(gong)、冠梁施(shi)工(gong)、砼支(zhi)撐施(shi)工(gong)、土方分段(duan)(duan)開挖(wa)并分段(duan)(duan)架設鋼支(zhi)撐及(ji)錨索計、然后底板(ban)澆筑(zhu)、依次完成(cheng)上層(ceng)結構施(shi)工(gong)。土方開挖(wa)采(cai)用分段(duan)(duan)開挖(wa)的形式。


- 預警分級
預警分為黃(huang)色(se)、橙(cheng)色(se)、紅色(se)三個級別。
針對日常監(jian)控工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)黃色(se)、橙色(se)預(yu)警信息1天上報至監(jian)控管理中(zhong)(zhong)心。
針對日常監控工作中發現紅色預警(jing)時立即以有效、快捷方式(shi)上報監控管(guan)理中心,以加強技(ji)術溝通和(he)共同預警(jing)分析,并(bing)在(zai)2小時內(nei)通過信息平(ping)臺或書面形(xing)式(shi)補發報告信息。
三、實現功能
地鐵工(gong)程系統龐(pang)大、人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)密集、環(huan)境(jing)密閉、安全(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)高,一(yi)旦發生突發事故,造成的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)傷(shang)亡和經濟財產損失(shi)將難以(yi)估量,飛尚科技(ji)設置自(zi)動化監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)和人(ren)(ren)工(gong)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)相結合,以(yi)往傳(chuan)統的(de)地鐵施工(gong)中,基坑及隧道(dao)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)主要(yao)為(wei)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce),信息(xi)傳(chuan)送效率慢;在(zai)施工(gong)現(xian)(xian)場環(huan)境(jing)危(wei)險(xian)復雜的(de)條件下,采用傳(chuan)統人(ren)(ren)工(gong)方式進(jin)行監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)次(ci)(ci)數有限,不能(neng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)掌握施工(gong)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)。然而,這(zhe)次(ci)(ci)采用的(de)自(zi)動化監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)系統,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)動態監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)、遠程異地可(ke)視化等功能(neng),大幅提高了安全(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)過程中數據(ju)采集、傳(chuan)輸、處理的(de)效率,降(jiang)低人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)的(de)同時(shi)也使監(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)范圍能(neng)夠做到全(quan)(quan)(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、無(wu)死角。
